Transforming this modest 1960’s ranch into a beautiful showpiece was quite a job! Located just steps away from the elegant Grove Park Inn, the owners wanted a traditional design that would blend with the historic neighborhood while freshening up the space and making it more functional for the modern family. The interior was gutted, and we added nearly 2000 square feet, including a garage and luxurious master suite. Highlights include a beautiful sweeping staircase off the foyer and black granite fireplace in the great room.
