MOUNTAIN FARMHOUSE

This Mountain Farmhouse was built with a minimal impact on the surrounding forest. The linear design helped keep the footprint of the house compact as well as minimizing the foundation costs. The designer, builder and homeowner collaborated on the finished interior design. The home is a blend of modern amenities with reclaimed and custom elements. The finishes include reclaimed, antique flooring, reclaimed brick from a Chicago Brownstone as well as a custom copper range hood.
