Step 2: Design & Development

Once a working relationship has been established, we will start collaborating with the architect or design team to develop a more detailed working blueprint to correspond with your desired investment. During this conversation, we will determine the full scope of the project and refine the details, such as fixtures and finishes. We will work closely with you to agree upon a building design and project schedule. The builder will draw up a final estimate with a thorough breakdown of labor and material costs, so you understand what to expect and can see where your money will be going. Once the details have been agreed upon and finances of your choosing worked out, a contract will be signed.
