Step 3: Construction

Break ground and make sawdust! R-Squared Construction oversees the entire building process from permit acquisition to the finished project.

• We are committed to a clean, safe building environment and work with trusted, experienced subcontractors who share our work ethic.
• We use environmentally responsible construction techniques and sustainable materials whenever appropriate
• Communication is vital to a smooth project, so a full-time project manager is assigned to each job. However, Joel will oversee the entire build in order to ensure cost, schedule, and quality are meeting our high standards.
• If an unexpected challenge arises, we will analyze the situation and approach the homeowner with a proposed solution. Problems will be dealt with as quickly as possible, but we refuse to take shortcuts which will diminish the integrity of our work.
• If there is a substantial change order, we document those in writing and provide an amended estimate to the customer as soon as possible
• The building process goes in this general order:

  • Framing
  • Roofing
  • Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC
  • Windows/Exterior siding
  • Drywall/Paint
  • Floors/Trim
