Step 4: Post-Construction

This is the fun part! Before handing you the front door key, we do a final walkthrough with you to make sure that you’re happy with the final product. After you are settled into your new home for a few weeks, we will schedule a complimentary punch-list visit to fix any details that may have initially been overlooked. It is important to us that we provide each customer with a home that they love, so R-Squared Construction honors a one year warranty on our work.
